Description
We are looking to Hire Bahraini HR Coordinator with Tamkeen Support, 6 days working
HR Graduate with 2 to 3 years of working experience
Develop and execute hiring strategies. coordinate job postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding and ensure staffing levels meet production demands.
Act as a liaison between employees and management.
Resolve workplace conflicts and grievances.
Promote a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations (e.g., OSHA), and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Organize orientation programs for new hires.
Identify skill gaps and arrange for training or upskilling.
Promote health and safety training programs.
Support managers in coaching and disciplinary actions.
Oversee payroll processing and attendance tracking.
Administer employee benefits like health insurance, leave, etc.
Handle statutory deductions and compliance (e.g., pension, social insurance).
Enforce workplace safety protocols, coordinate emergency drills and risk assessments.
Support wellness and injury prevention programs, and employee engagement activities.
Develop retention strategies and career progression plans.
Generate reports on workforce metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
Maintain the HR data and assist the management as and when needed.
