About the Role
We are seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, people-focused, and eager to grow their HR career while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor law.
You will support the HR department by managing documentation, recruitment, HR systems, and employee services while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment cycle: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
Assist payroll with attendance, leave, and overtime tracking.
Coordinate with PRO/GR Officer for Iqama, visas, and government processes.
Provide employee support and ensure HR policy compliance.
Contribute to training, engagement, and HR projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of HR experience (Saudi Arabia).
Knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR practices.
Proficiency in MS Office & HR systems.
Strong communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).
