Description

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable HR Generalist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local labor regulations and the operations of various ministries including LMRA, CIO, SIO, and Tamkeen.

Responsibilities:

Manage employee attendance and prepare payroll.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies and screening candidates.
Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
Provide support for employee relations and performance management.

Requirements:

Knowledge of LMRA, CIO, SIO, Tamkeen, and other relevant ministry regulations.
General knowledge of HR practices, including attendance management and payroll preparation.
Must have own car for commuting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in an HR role is preferred.
