Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support organizational goals. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, hands-on HR experience, and excellent communication skills. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
Ensure full compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and government regulations
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
Coordinate with government authorities (LMRA, SIO, MOL, etc.)
Support payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking
Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Prepare HR reports and support audits when required
Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist (Bahrain experience preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and HR practices
Experience dealing with government portals and compliance procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Immediate joiner or short notice period preferred
