Role Overview

Al Syed Contracting Company is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. This role is specifically designed for a Saudi professional with expert-level proficiency in government portal management and a strong background in local labor compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Full Government Portal Mastery: Complete oversight and hands-on management of Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Balady, and Etimad.

Government Relations (GRO): Expert handling of Ajeer, Jawazat, and Maktab Amel (Ministry of Labor) platforms to ensure seamless workforce documentation and visa processing.

Compliance & Legal: Ensuring all company operations strictly adhere to Saudi Labor Law and the latest Ministry of Human Resources regulations.

WPS Management: Utilizing Mudad to ensure the Wage Protection System is consistently updated, accurate, and compliant.

Employee Lifecycle: Managing recruitment, onboarding, GOSI registration, and contract digitalization via Qiwa.

Licensing & Tenders: Handling municipal requirements through Balady and government financial/contracting interactions via Etimad.

Candidate Requirements

Nationality: Saudi National (Mandatory).

Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience specifically in an HR Manager capacity.

Portal Expertise: Demonstrated, advanced experience with Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Balady, Etimad, Ajeer, and Jawazat.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills: Strong administrative leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex governmental documentation with precision.
