Description
Pebbles Gate is seeking a qualified and experienced HR Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee relations
• Ensure full compliance with Bahrain Labour Law, including LMRA, GOSI, visa processing, and related regulations
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and personnel records
• Support management in HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary matters
• Oversee day-to-day HR administrative activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR role
• Strong working knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and local HR practices
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong personality with the ability to manage employees professionally
• High level of integrity, organization, and attention to detail
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
