Description

HR professionals manage, develop, and support employees while overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, performance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

HR roles encompass a wide range of duties aimed at supporting both employees and organizational goals:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Developing recruitment strategies, posting job openings, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new employees to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.

Employee Relations and Engagement: Resolving conflicts, maintaining a positive work environment, and implementing initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

Performance Management: Evaluating employee performance, conducting appraisals, and supporting promotions or disciplinary actions.

Training and Development: Organizing orientation programs, professional development, leadership training, and succession planning.

Compensation and Benefits: Administering payroll, benefits, and incentive programs while ensuring cost efficiency and competitiveness.

Policy and Compliance: Developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintaining HR documentation.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Promoting inclusive workplace practices and supporting organizational culture initiatives.

HR Administration: Maintaining employee records, HRIS management, and reporting on workforce metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: Typically 3–8+ years in HR roles, with leadership experience for managerial positions.
Core Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills; organizational and analytical abilities; discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with HR software, payroll systems, and compliance tools.
