Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Supervisor to oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies. The ideal candidate will support management by supervising HR staff, managing employee relations, coordinating recruitment, and ensuring smooth HR and administrative processes across projects and head office.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Absher, and Mudad.
• Experience in construction, EPC, or project-based environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
• Arabic language is must; English need to be professional.
