HSE Officer

Location: Jubail

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Monitor PPE compliance, permit-to-work activities, and workplace safety.
• Support emergency response activities and maintain HSE records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
• 2–4 years of HSE experience in manufacturing, construction, industrial, or similar environments.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification.
• Valid First Aid Certificate.
• Good knowledge of risk assessment, hazard identification, incident reporting, and HSE procedures.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Transferable Iqama required.
