Job Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications
• 3-Year Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field
OR
• Graduate with NEBOSH IGC certification
Experience
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HSE, preferably in construction, transmission line, or industrial projects.
Regulatory & Sponsorship Requirements
• Ajeer, Muqeem, and Chamber documents must be provided.
• Iqama Profession must be OHS Supervisor or OHS Specialist, matching the job role.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with project HSE plans, procedures, and client requirements.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks, site inspections, and hazard identification.
• Monitor work activities and enforce safety protocols across all project sites.
• Prepare incident/accident reports and maintain safety documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe execution of all tasks.
• Support emergency response planning and drills.

Package & Work Conditions
• Competitive salary based on experience: SAR 3,000 – 3,500
• Duty hours: 10 hours per day
• Work location: Multiple sites across KSA
• Must be ready for immediate mobilization.
