We are a leading company located in Manama, Bahrain. With a dedicated team of employees, we are committed to fostering a positive work environment and enhancing our organizational culture. We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to establish and manage our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Bahraini labor laws and regulations.
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding of new employees.
Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Conduct performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Collaborate with management to develop workforce planning strategies and succession planning.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, particularly in the Bahraini context.
Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
Utilize local HR systems and portals, such as LMRA (Labour Market Regulatory Authority) and GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance), to ensure compliance and efficient HR operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in Bahrain or the Gulf region.
Strong knowledge of Bahraini labor laws and regulations, including LMRA and GOSI.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
