Description
As an HR Representative, you will be acting as a primary account manager for all HR-related services. Your primary responsibility will be managing and executing HR operations through various government portals, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as an account manager for clients, managing their HR needs.
Utilize government portals, including Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and WPS, to manage employee records, work permits, and payroll compliance.
Assist in HR administration tasks, including onboarding, visa processing, and employee mobility.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies in all HR operations.
Liaise between clients and company to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
Manage employee documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in HR or related roles.
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Equivalent.
Must have Strong knowledge and experience using government portals such as Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and WPS.
Proficiency in English (Must).
Experience working in Saudi Arabia with a good understanding of labor regulations.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
