Key Responsibilities

Drawing & Design: Create and modify 2D/3D HVAC shop drawings, duct layouts, and chilled water piping schematics using AutoCAD.

Site Supervision: Direct technicians and contractors on site to ensure installation strictly follows approved project plans and building codes.

As-Built Updates: Revise master drawings to reflect actual on-site modifications and "as-built" conditions upon project completion.

Coordination: Resolve site conflicts by cross-checking architectural and structural constraints directly against mechanical drawings.

Quality & Material Control: Conduct routine quality checks and generate accurate material take-offs or bills of quantities (BOQ) from CAD files.
