We re looking for an HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems and equipment.

The technician ensures that all HVAC systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably while maintaining the required comfort conditions throughout the hotel or facility.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air-conditioning systems.

Inspect chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package units, split ACs, VRF/VRV systems, and ventilation equipment.

Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment.

Check refrigerant levels and identify refrigerant leaks.
Perform refrigerant charging and recovery according to approved procedures.

Clean and replace filters, coils, belts, bearings, and other HVAC components.

Check compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, motors, and thermostats.

Monitor HVAC operating pressures, temperatures, and performance.
