Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Instrumentation Engineer to join our project team. The candidate will be responsible for the engineering, installation, testing, commissioning of instrumentation systems in accordance with project specifications and international standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and interpret IFC drawings, P&IDs, loop diagrams, and instrument datasheets
• Supervise installation of field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level, analyser, etc.)
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and process teams during execution
• Perform loop checking, calibration, FAT/SAT support, and commissioning activities
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, IEC/ISA standards, and safety requirements
• Prepare technical reports, method statements, and as-built documentation
• Coordinate with client to resolve technical issues
Requirements
• Must be transferable IQAMA
• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronic Engineering, must be registered with Saudi council of engineers
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems, control panels, PLC/DCS interfaces
• Familiar with Saudi Aramco / RC / SEC standards (preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and under project deadlines
Preferred
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Power Plants, or Water Treatment projects
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia
• Experience in AutoCAD will be an added advantage
