Description
We are hiring an Insurance & Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Officer with 1–2 years of experience in medical insurance operations and claims management.
Location: Riyadh – Near Al-Khaleej Metro Station
Start Date: Immediate
Shift: Evening or split time
Languages Required: Arabic (basic), English & Hindi (fluent)

*Eligibility & coverage verification
*Pre-authorization (approval) handling
*Pre-submission review of diagnosis, treatment & coding
*Insurance claims submission
*Rejection analysis, resubmission & appeals
*Compliance with insurance policies & regulations
*Price list mapping to insurance codes
*NPHIES integration & troubleshooting
*Reporting, coordination & system management
Salary Range: SAR 3,500 – 4,000 (based on experience)
