Description
Respond to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access
Provide technical assistance and support for issues related to computer systems, hardware, software, and peripherals
Run diagnostic programs and physically inspect hardware systems to resolve problems
Install, configure, and update software and drivers
Set up accounts, passwords, and network access for new users
Train users on how to use computer systems and applications
Document problems and solutions in logs and reports
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors
Follow IT policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with security standards
