We are seeking a skilled and proactive Information Technology (IT) Manager to oversee all IT infrastructure systems and infrastructure within the hotel. The IT Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining company’s overall IT hardware, software, networks, and data security, ensuring seamless technology operations that support guest services, hotel operations, and staff productivity.

• Oversee the daily operation Servers, Network, Cloud Services, internet access, telecommunication systems, security systems, Backups and ERP.
• Ensure all technology systems are operating efficiently and securely with minimal downtime.
• Manage IT upgrade projects, including new system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to Team and other departments staffs.
• Monitor network performance and maintain firewalls, VPNs, backups, and disaster recovery systems.
• Maintain data privacy and security in compliance with local regulations and hotel policies.
• Liaise with corporate IT, vendors, and contractors to ensure effective service delivery.
• Train staff on IT policies, procedures, and new systems as needed.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies and assess potential benefits for the hotel.
• Ensure compliance with brand technology standards and support audits.
• Manage the IT budget and control costs related to IT purchases and services.

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Experience managing networks, servers, ipt and IT infrastructure.
• Proficient in Data center, Clusters, Windows, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL) are a plus.
