We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Officer to manage our ERP system (Odoo) and support day-to-day IT operations across the organization. This role involves system administration, user support, troubleshooting, and coordination with external ERP developers or service providers. The ideal candidate must be technically sound, detail-oriented, and have hands-on experience with Odoo ERP and general IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP (Odoo) Management:

Manage and administer Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, etc.)
Create and maintain user access, roles, and security profiles
Monitor system performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Work with external developers or ERP partners to resolve bugs and implement customizations
Train staff on Odoo usage and document standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Support data migration, system upgrades, and reporting requirements
IT Support & Infrastructure:

Provide first-line technical support to employees (hardware, software, and network)
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, printers, routers, etc.)
Monitor and troubleshoot internet connectivity and network performance
Manage backups, antivirus, and security protocols
Ensure email systems, cloud services, and file sharing are working smoothly
Other Duties:

Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Liaise with vendors for software licensing, hardware purchases, and IT services
Assist in IT budgeting and future planning
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in IT support and ERP systems, preferably Odoo
Strong understanding of Odoo functional workflows and basic technical knowledge (XML, Python, PostgreSQL a plus)
Experience with network troubleshooting, Windows OS, and basic server administration
Good communication and training skills
Ability to work independently and support multiple departments
Preferred:

Arabic and English language proficiency
Previous experience in trading or retail business environments
