– IT Technician

1–2 Years of relevant experience in IT technical support.

Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.

* Familiarity with LED control systems.
* Knowledge of networking, IP configuration, and remote troubleshooting.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and display-related issues.
* Experience with content management systems (CMS) and media players is an advantage.
* Ability to read wiring diagrams and perform structured cabling.
* Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic server administration.
* Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and CCTV systems.
* Experience in LED panel installation, configuration, and maintenance are preferable.
* Experience in technical support, helpdesk, and field service activities.
* KSA Driving License is preferable.
* Energetic, responsible, and customer-focused.
* Willingness to travel for onsite installation and support.
* Technical documentation and reporting skills.

* Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems.

* User support and training.
* Installation and commissioning of LED displays and digital signage systems.
* Configuration of controllers, receiver cards, and media players.

* Preventive maintenance and health checks of LED screens.
* Asset management and inventory tracking.
* Coordination with clients during installation and support activities.
* Preparation of installation reports and technical documentation.
