Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Install and configure operating systems, printers, and office equipment.
Monitor and maintain network connectivity and IT infrastructure.
Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups.
Assist in setting up new workstations and IT equipment.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support activities.
Ensure systems are secure and operating efficiently.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in IT support or a similar role is preferred.
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and Microsoft Office.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
