Role Overview:

To ensure the factory's network infrastructure operates with maximum efficiency, stability, and security, supporting operational and production activities through a reliable network.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the factory's Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) infrastructure.
Install, configure, and maintain network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points).
Continuously monitor network performance and health using specialized tools to proactively identify and resolve

issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve network outages or performance issues promptly and effectively.
Manage and update network security systems (e.g., Access Control Lists - ACLs, VPN systems).
Perform firmware and operating system upgrades for network equipment.
Manage IP addressing, DHCP, and DNS services.
Document network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
Provide technical support to staff regarding network-related issues.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Proven practical experience in network administration and operations.
CCNA certification or equivalent is a significant competitive advantage.
In-depth understanding of TCP/IP and the OSI model.
Hands-on experience in managing and configuring Cisco equipment.
Practical knowledge of Routing & Switching protocols.
Understanding of network security fundamentals and firewall management.
Ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
