Junior Fine Arts Teacher – Riyadh-Based

Averroes Academy is seeking a passionate and creative Fine Arts educator with a strong foundation in artistic techniques and early level teaching experience. If you hold a Diploma in Fine Arts and have hands on experience teaching junior classes, this role is an excellent opportunity to grow within a supportive academic environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Classroom Instruction: Teach foundational fine arts concepts to junior-level students
• Art Techniques: Guide students in drawing, painting, sketching, shading, and basic design
• Lesson Planning: Prepare structured lesson plans and creative learning activities
• Student Development: Support students in developing artistic confidence and skill
• Classroom Management : Maintain a positive, engaging, and disciplined learning environment
• Project-Based Learning: Conduct art projects, exhibitions, and creative workshops

Requirements

• Diploma in Fine Arts (mandatory)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching junior-level fine arts
• Strong understanding of basic art principles and child-friendly teaching methods
• Ability to create engaging, practical, and age-appropriate art lessons
• Good communication skills and a positive teaching attitude
• Must be currently residing in Riyadh
