Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer who is locally available in Bahrain and can join immediately.
The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Bahrain labor law and experience supporting day-to-day HR operations, particularly in a multicultural and expatriate workforce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily HR operations including employee onboarding and offboarding
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with Bahrain labor regulations
Support recruitment activities such as job postings, screening, and interview coordination
Handle documentation related to expatriate employees (visa processing, renewals, LMRA requirements, etc.)
Ensure company policies align with Bahrain labor law and assist in policy implementation
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Support payroll preparation and attendance tracking
Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Coordinate with government authorities when required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in Bahrain or GCC)
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law
Experience handling expatriate employment processes
Must be currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate joining
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
