Description
We are expanding our HR team and looking for a motivated Junior HR & Payroll Officer to handle
employee data management, payroll processing, and HR administration through Menaitech ERP
(MenaME, MenaTA, MenaPAY) and the Qiwa portal.
Job Description
The Junior HR & Payroll Officer will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations by
managing employee records, processing payroll accurately, and maintaining compliance with Saudi
labor regulations. The role requires daily use of Menaitech HR modules for self-service, attendance,
and payroll, as well as handling employment contracts, transfers, and services on the Qiwa
platform. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a
willingness to grow in the HR field.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update employee information in MenaME (self-service portal).
* Prepare employee contracts, letters, and documentation as required.
* Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Ensure HR files and records are accurate and up to date (digital and hard copies).
* Process monthly payroll using MenaPAY, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Handle salary adjustments, deductions, and overtime calculations.
* Ensure compliance with Wage Protection System (WPS) and GOSI requirements.
* Coordinate with Finance for salary transfers.
* Manage daily and monthly attendance tracking through MenaTA.
* Monitor absences, late arrivals, and overtime entries.
* Generate attendance reports for management.
* Create, update, and renew employment contracts in Qiwa.
* Manage employee job transfers, work permits, and other HR services.
* Ensure compliance with Ministry of Human Resources requirements.
* Respond to employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and contracts.
* Assist staff with using MenaME self-service and Qiwa functions.
* Support the HR team in day-to-day operations and special projects.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of experience in HR or payroll (fresh graduates with training/internship experience may
apply).
* Hands-on experience with Menaitech ERP (MenaME, MenaTA, MenaPAY) is preferred.
* Familiarity with the Qiwa portal for contracts and HR services is required.• Knowledge of Saudi labor law, WPS, and GOSI compliance.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Bilingual (Arabic & English).
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
