Description
Job Summary :
The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts by developing strong relationships, maximizing sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage assigned key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
Achieve sales targets and revenue growth for key accounts.
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and delivery.
Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and promotions.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and business terms.
Resolve customer issues and ensure high service levels.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in key account management or B2B sales.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
