A laboratory in Khobar specialized in civil materials testing is looking for a Laboratory Supervisor to supervise the activities of civil materials tastings.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and validate test reports for soil, concrete, asphalt, aggregates, rock, and related chemical tests in line with ISO/IEC 17025:2017.

- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, impartiality, and proper documentation of all testing results.

- Supervise internal calibrations, quality control checks, ILLC and PT programs, and report deviations to the Technical Manager.

- Maintain and update testing standards, specifications, and documentation while safeguarding data integrity.

- Manage client communication, contracts, and quotations, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.

- Participate in internal audits, management reviews, and support continuous improvement of lab operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Civil Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in supervisory roles or construction materials testing.

- Strong knowledge of testing standards (ASTM, AASHTO, BS, Saudi Code).

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and LIMS software (e.g., ZontaSoft).

- Ability to issue final test reports, address deviations, and ensure compliance.

- Engineer Classification by the Saudi Engineering Council is an advantage.
