The management of Al Shatea Mall in Dammam is seeking a leasing manager with extensive experience in managing commercial unit rental operations within shopping malls. We are looking for a highly qualified individual capable of achieving leasing objectives and contributing to the development of a successful investment environment within the mall.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the leasing process for commercial units within Beach Mall.

Negotiate with new and existing tenants and prepare contracts in accordance with policies.

Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract appropriate brands.

Maintain excellent professional relationships with tenants and ensure their satisfaction.

Prepare periodic reports on leasing performance and market activity.

Required Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in managing mall or commercial center leasing.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Good knowledge of contract and leasing regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Ability to analyze and prepare accurate reports.
