Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily manufacturing operations ensuring smooth production.
Lead, motivate, and coordinate production team activities.
Ensure product quality standards are met; address issues promptly.
Optimize processes to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe working environment.
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs.
Measure and determine standard times for garment tasks.
Maintain accurate production records and report performance metrics.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Possess knowledge of fabric types, blends, and standards.

Proven experience in textile or uniform manufacturing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures.
