We are looking for a Logistics Officer to coordinate and manage logistics operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective movement of materials and goods while maintaining accurate documentation and full compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments

Manage and prepare logistics and shipping documentation

Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transporters

Monitor deliveries to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods

Maintain logistics records and reports

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements

Support smooth logistics operations in line with company policies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations

Strong coordination and communication skills

Good knowledge of shipping documents and procedures

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
