URGENT HIRING – Maintenance Supervisor
Full pakaged Salary: 2600 SAR to 3000 SAR
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the maintenance team and contractors.
Oversee preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire systems.
Conduct regular inspections and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Lead emergency repairs and ensure safety standards are met.
Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in facility/housing management.
Strong technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, fire safety).
Ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and train staff.
Knowledge of health & safety compliance.
