A company specializing in the operation and management of recreational facilities announces a vacancy for the position of Maintenance supervisor in Riyadh.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and operate maintenance work at recreational facilities (amusement parks, gardens, entertainment centers)
Prepare and implement preventive and operational maintenance plans
Supervise technical maintenance teams and ensure efficient performance
Follow up on technical malfunctions and address them promptly to ensure operational continuity
Coordinate with suppliers and maintenance companies
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at the sites
Prepare periodic reports on the operational status of the facilities

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in recreational facilities
Knowledge of facility operation and maintenance systems (Facility & Asset Management)
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams
Preference will be given to applicants residing in Riyadh
