Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
Oversee maintenance of building facilities, equipment, and related systems.
Ensure maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
Supervise maintenance technicians and workers.
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Inspect facilities and equipment and identify maintenance requirements.
Ensure proper implementation of safety and maintenance procedures.
Report maintenance issues and progress to management.
