We are seeking a qualified and proactive Maintenance Technician – Mechanical with expertise in fitting, assembly, and maintenance of mechanical components, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of equipment across the facility, minimizing downtime, and maintaining safety and performance standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical fitting and assembly of machinery and equipment components
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of mechanical systems
• Handle installation, troubleshooting, and servicing of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Ensure the proper alignment and functioning of machine components
• Interpret and work from technical drawings, mechanical diagrams, and manuals
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
• Conduct testing after maintenance and update documentation accordingly
• Take full responsibility for the mechanical upkeep of factory equipment
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule and carry out preventive maintenance

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
• Solid knowledge of mechanical components, fitting practices, and assembly procedures
• Experience in maintaining pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong understanding of safety standards and preventive maintenance practices
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Physically fit and able to work in industrial environments
• Flexible for overtime (3 hours/day available)
