Male Executive Secretary

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar & Meeting Management: Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and taking detailed minutes.
Communication & Correspondence: Screening calls, managing emails, and drafting reports or presentations.
Travel & Logistics: Organizing complex travel itineraries and arrangements.
Office Administration: Maintaining records, managing supplies, and handling sensitive, confidential documents.
Liaison Role: Serving as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Qualifications:

- 5+ years in an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and, in some cases, ERP software.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Requires a bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
