We are looking for a Male Property Supervisor (Indian Nationality Only) with prior experience in property management. The ideal candidate must be reliable, organized, and ready to handle day-to-day property operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collecting and depositing rent on time
Coordinating maintenance and repair work
Purchasing materials as needed
Preparing and maintaining vacant flats for new tenants
Regular inspection and follow-up on all managed properties
Coordinating with reception for tenant move-in and move-out procedures
Ensuring smooth operations of all assigned residential or commercial units

Requirements:

Must have a valid Bahrain Driving License
Previous experience in a similar role is required
Indian nationality – Male only
Good communication and organizational skills
