We are looking for an experienced Mall Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant shopping mall and lead a team that delivers exceptional service to tenants and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of mall operations including security, maintenance, leasing, marketing, and tenant relations

Coordinate with internal departments and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations

Develop and execute strategies to increase footfall, enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize mall performance

Monitor budgets, costs, and revenue to ensure profitability

Maintain strong relationships with tenants and ensure high occupancy rates

Oversee promotional events, campaigns, and seasonal activities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in mall management or commercial property operations

Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication in English and Arabic

Experience in handling leasing and tenant coordination
