Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Manpower & Client Coordinator to manage workforce deployment, client communication, scheduling, and operational documentation. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients, field staff, and internal departments to ensure smooth manpower operations and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily manpower deployment across client sites.
- Maintain updated schedules, attendance, and timesheets for all assigned staff.
- Communicate with clients regarding manpower requirements, replacements, and operational updates.
- Prepare and manage contracts, job orders, and related documentation.
- Monitor employee performance, resolve minor workplace issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and client standards.
- Track staff availability, leave, and overtime to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Support recruitment teams by sharing manpower forecasts and client needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through timely communication and professional follow‑up.
- Coordinate onboarding, ID issuance, and mobilization of new employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in manpower coordination or client servicing (Saudi experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
