Description

The Manpower Coordinator Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of workforce planning, deployment, and mobilization. This role ensures that staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively across all projects and departments. The successful candidate will work closely with HR, recruitment, and project teams to maintain accurate manpower records and support smooth operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage manpower planning activities to ensure optimal staffing levels across all departments.
Work closely with project managers and department heads to identify current and future manpower requirements.
Support the recruitment team in sourcing, onboarding, and deploying personnel in a timely manner.
Manage employee mobilization and demobilization, including logistics, documentation, and compliance.
Maintain and update manpower databases, organizational charts, and deployment schedules.
Prepare and present regular manpower reports and analysis for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and relevant regulations.
Act as a key point of contact between HR, project teams, and external agencies regarding manpower coordination.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in manpower coordination, workforce planning, or HR operations.
Strong understanding of HR processes, recruitment cycles, and labor law compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HR systems or ERP tools is an advantage.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Preferred Skills

Experience in [insert industry — e.g., construction, oil & gas, facility management, or logistics].
Knowledge of mobilization logistics, visas, and onboarding processes for local and international employees.
Analytical mindset with the ability to generate data-driven insights.
