Description
We are seeking a dynamic Female Sales & Marketing Administrative Officer to support our growing team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will blend administrative expertise with sales/marketing support to ensure seamless operations and client engagement. Yemeni nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Support:
Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and marketing materials.
Maintain customer databases and track leads using CRM tools.
Coordinate with clients for meetings, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
Support social media/content updates (if applicable).
Administrative Duties:
Manage office operations (filing, correspondence, scheduling).
Handle calls/emails and direct inquiries to relevant departments.
Process orders, invoices, and delivery documentation.
Assist HR with onboarding and employee records.
Post-Probation (Transfer Admin Officer):
Oversee logistics for client deliveries or employee transfers.
Manage travel arrangements and visa processes for teams.
Requirements:
Gender: Female (as per company policy).
Nationality Preference: Yemeni candidates prioritized (others may apply).
Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
1+ year in sales/marketing support or office administration.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Skills:
Fluent in Arabic & English (written/spoken).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and client-facing skills.
Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary: 8,000 SAR/month.
