Job Description:

We are looking for a female candidate (Bilingual) to join our Social Media Marketing & Admissions team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be fluent in English and Arabic, and have the ability to communicate professionally with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls with students and parents.
Provide counseling and guidance regarding our educational programs and admission process.
Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Communicate with students and parents in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain proper follow-up records and update lead information.
Convert potential leads into successful admissions through effective counseling and follow-up.

Requirements:

Female (Any Nationality)
Fluent in Arabic and English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in speaking with students and parents.
Previous experience in counseling, admissions, customer service, or social media marketing is preferred.
Candidates currently residing in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia are preferred.
