Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and professional Massage Therapist to join our team in Jeddah. The role will focus on providing personalized massage and recovery treatments that support relaxation, muscle recovery, mobility, and overall well-being.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine interest in providing a high standard of service to our members.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Provide professional massage treatments tailored to each member’s needs.
⁠ ⁠Consult with members to understand their concerns, goals, and treatment preferences.
⁠ ⁠Apply appropriate massage and recovery techniques based on individual needs.
⁠ ⁠Support muscle recovery, relaxation, mobility, and overall wellness.
⁠ ⁠Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.
⁠ ⁠Ensure a positive and comfortable experience throughout each session.
⁠ ⁠Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality at all times.
⁠ ⁠Keep accurate records of treatments when required.
⁠ ⁠Communicate professionally with members and other team members.
⁠ ⁠Stay updated on relevant massage, recovery, and wellness techniques.

Requirements

⁠ ⁠Proven experience as a Massage Therapist or in a similar role.
⁠ ⁠Relevant certification or professional training in massage therapy.
⁠ ⁠Good knowledge of anatomy and different massage techniques.
⁠ ⁠Strong communication and customer service skills.
⁠ ⁠Professional appearance and attitude.
⁠ ⁠Ability to assess individual needs and adapt treatments accordingly.
⁠ ⁠Ability to work effectively in a fitness and wellness environment.
⁠ ⁠Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends when required.

Preferred Qualifications
⁠ ⁠
Experience in sports massage, deep tissue, recovery, stretching, or similar techniques.
⁠ Experience working in a gym, wellness center, spa, hotel, or fitness environment.
⁠ Experience working with athletes or physically active clients.
