Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Material Controller to manage material receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control in our fabrication facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and verify incoming materials against PO and delivery note
Maintain proper storage and identification of materials
Issue materials to production as per approved request
Monitor stock levels and report shortages
Coordinate with procurement and QC departments
Maintain accurate stock records and daily material logs
Ensure FIFO system implementation
Support internal and external audits
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor’s in relevant field
Minimum 3 years experience in fabrication / manufacturing industry
Knowledge of ERP system preferred
Good coordination and reporting skills
Experience in handling steel materials, hardwares,consumables
