We're seeking a skilled and experienced Mechatronics Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with the design, implementation, and maintenance of chain drive systems, belt drive systems, and various types of gearing. This role requires a strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical principles, with a focus on practical applications, troubleshooting, and training.

Responsibilities

Design and Development: Design and develop new mechanical systems incorporating chain drives, belt drives, and various gears (e.g., spur, helical, bevel, worm) for industrial applications and training boards.
System Integration: Integrate mechanical components with electrical and control systems (sensors, actuators, PLC) to create fully functional mechatronic systems.
Prototyping and Testing: Build and test prototypes to validate design concepts and ensure performance, reliability, and safety.
Maintenance and Repair: Conduct routine mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery and equipment, with a focus on motor, pumps and transmission systems.
Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs on the operation, maintenance, and repair of mechatronic systems, particularly those involving chain and belt drives and gearing.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including schematics, maintenance logs, and training manuals.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a mechatronics or mechanical engineering role.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in the design, selection, and maintenance of chain and belt drive systems.
Extensive knowledge of various gear types and their applications.
Strong understanding of mechanical maintenance best practices.
Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Knowledge of electrical systems, including PLCs, sensors, and motor controls.
