Description
What You’ll Do:
• Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments and manage the patient calendar
• Handle patient records and maintain confidentiality
• Process billing and insurance information
• Support the medical team with administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Computer literacy / Accounting knowledge is a plus
• Previous experience in a medical or office setting preferred
• A caring and professional attitude toward patients and staff
