Job Overview

We are seeking a caring, organized, and responsible Nanny cum Admin Executive who can manage childcare responsibilities alongside administrative duties. This unique role requires someone who is trustworthy, adaptable, and able to balance both personal care and office-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Childcare Duties

Supervise, care for, and ensure the safety of children.

Prepare meals and snacks for children as required.

Organize educational and recreational activities.

Assist with homework and school-related tasks.

Maintain a clean and organized play and living area.

Administrative Duties

Handle daily correspondence, calls, and emails.

Maintain records, files, and documentation.

Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.

Manage household or office supplies inventory.

Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking.

Requirements

Previous experience as a nanny, babysitter, or in childcare.

Administrative or office experience preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to communicate effectively in [required language(s)].

Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).

Flexible working hours as per family/office needs.
