Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Bilingual Office Administrator fluent in English and Arabic to manage daily office operations and support our team.

This role is critical to ensuring smooth administrative workflows and effective communication within our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation in both English and Arabic.
Organize and maintain physical/digital files, reports, and records.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and any travel arrangements for team members.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing professional responses.
Assist with procurement from our raw material vendors.
Manage HR and finance with basic tasks such as payroll assistance, invoicing, and record-keeping.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)* is mandatory.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
1–2 years of experience in office administration, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or related sectors.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of office equipment.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
