Description

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of our office on a day-to-day basis and support our team with administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

Maintain and update records and databases.

Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Provide general support to staff and visitors.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Secretary, or relevant administrative role.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Organizational and time-management skills.

High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.
