Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator and Sales Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations and serve as the link between internal teams and clients. This role is central to ensuring the smooth flow of internal processes, scheduling, communications, and coordination with prospects and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration:
* Maintain records, handle correspondence, and manage filing systems (digital and physical).
* Track and organize appointments, team calendars, and meeting logistics.
* Handle inventory, supplies, and general office logistics.
* Support HR and finance documentation workflows when needed.
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls/emails.
* Coordinate communication with service providers and strategic partners.

Sales Coordination:
* Assist the sales team with proposal preparation, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
* Track leads, update sales pipelines, and support performance reporting.
* Coordinate client communication and manage meeting bookings.
* Prepare and format presentations, quotations, and service overviews in line with our brand guidelines.
* Work closely with the marketing service providers to ensure implementation of the marketing plans and help organize assets and manage feedback loops.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern CRM tools.
* Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
* Being friendly and passionate about technology is a must.
* Familiarity with tools such as social media management platforms, design tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is preferred.
