Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator / Secretary to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle office tasks efficiently.

For female staff only (Philipino OR Indonesian's) are preferred.

Responsibilities:-
Manage calls, emails, and office correspondence
Maintain files and records
Schedule meetings and appointments
Prepare documents and reports
Support daily office operations

Requirements
Previous experience is preferred
Good knowledge of MS Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
Professional attitude and appearance
